At Baisi Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure the lace remains uncut and the hair is in its original state to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to initiate the request.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the hair in its original bundle wraps and box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside before shipping it back to us.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team verifies the item is in its original, unworn condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
